Phoenix Used Clothing is a female/minority-owned and operated business that focuses on recycling textiles in support of local communities throughout New Castle County, Delaware. Started in 2019, our mission is to keep textiles out of landfills. The Jagnanan/Clough family is highly regarded for paying it forward and partnering with the community and charities to promote green initiatives.
